Requirements for Admission

Gulf Coast Community College is an “open door” institution. As such, it accepts applicants who possess a standard high school diploma or the equivalent (a state-issued equivalency certificate or diploma). State law establishes certain minimum requirements for admission to academic courses. These requirements ensure, as far as possible, that students will be successful in their academic work.

Fees and Expenses

Fees for registration are due prior to the published due date. Students with past due fees may be dropped from their classes. Fees may be paid by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard at the campus bookstore or business office during regular business hours. Payments may also be made online by credit card through OASIS, GCCC’s online academic system, or through the mail by check or money order only.

Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Management Program of Study:

Program Goal: This program is designed for students who have completed an AS or AAS in Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Computer Programming and Analysis, Computer Networking Systems, E?Business, Electronics Engineering Technology, Digital Media (Web Development or Gaming Emphasis) or a similar technical degree from GCCC or another institution with a desire to increase their technical skills in their chosen area of specialty. After completing the B.A.S. in Technology Management degree, students will be prepared for leadership and supervision positions while offering advanced technical experience.
