Yakima Beauty School offers services such as hair, esthetics, and nails to the public. All services are performed by students under the supervision of licensed instructors.
Their curriculum combines both classroom and clinic. The classroom provides the basic understanding of skills, but the hands on experience of the clinic allows the student to master these skills. It is vital to the students progress to have clients to work on.
Since the students are learning, service may take longer than at a experienced salon. However, all student work is supervised by an instructor, and you can be assured that it will be quality professional work.

All student work is supervised; the service time might be longer than that experienced in a salon but you can be assured it will be checked and the students try very hard to do a good job.
If you have never visited the school you might make a manicure or a pedicure your first experience.
See the price list for services that are available, the cost is usually 1/3 to less than salon prices because the students do not receive compensation while they are in school.
